About Bill I have been an active Realtor in Colorado Springs for over 17 years and I am intimately familiar with all areas of this beautiful city. This designation (MRP) does just that by giving me the additional knowledge so I can have solutions for any difficult or unique issue encountered in military client's situations. Achieving this designation has enhanced my knowledge of all aspects for military members moving to our community or members preparing to relocate to their next assignment. Whether buying or selling I have the experience and expertise to make your experience a pleasant and professional one.
SFR Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) - I acquired this designation when the housing market tumbled around 2008 and many people needed assistance in getting their homes sold, but their homes values were less than what they owed on their mortgage loans. It was a difficult time and it was important to me to lend as much help as possible. There may be a situation where you lose your job or some other real life (medical or other) crisis that necessitates that you must sell your house. In todays market where home values are strong you may not have to sell where the lender is shorted, but if you can't make the payments anymore you may need to sell quickly and before the home goes into foreclosure and your credit is ruined. Every situation is a little different, but when a homeowner is under any type of stress and has to sell their home you really need an advocate that can help you navigate the process and make your experience as painless and profitable to you as possible.
